Six Sigma Quality - Executive Overview

This program provides an overview of six sigma. Both qualitative discussions, such as "Why Six Sigma?" or "What is Six Sigma?" and quantitative discussions, such as examples of application and required elements within the organization in order to succeed are presented. The program is tailored to the current state within the customer organization, whether they are considering Six Sigma or are already fully adopting.

Lean Manufacturing - Executive Overview

This program provides an opportunity for senior managers to fully understand lean, its implications, and the benefits that their operations can realize from implementation. This program provides coverage of manufacturing as well as back-office examples for enterprise-wide opportunity realization.

Industrial Automation - Executive Overview

This program provides an opportunity for senior managers to fu.lly understand the benefits of industrial automation, capabilities, key terms, and other important aspects of evaluating and procuring various forms of automation. The content for this program can be highly customized to the needs of the participating facilities.

Project Management - Executive Overview

This program provides an in-depth look at project management. Guidelines for successful implementation and senior-management roles in the project environment are discussed. Proper support techniques and executive guidance are also included in this program. Corporate Finance for Nonfinancial Managers - Executive Overview This program provides a look into corporate finance to provide executives with an understanding of "the numbers" that drive their specific business functions and units. Particular focus is typically provided for profit and loss drivers, metrics establishment, and investment evaluation methods.

Developing and Managing to Key Process Indicators - The Balanced Scorecard

This program provides executives with an overview of Key Process Indicators (KPI), their establishment, and importance to achieving corporate success with both fmancial and nonfmancial objectives. Stakeholder analysis, team dynamics, and goal-setting are discussed in detail during this session.

Six Sigma Quality - Black Belt Training

This course provides training sufficient to qualify the participant for ASQ certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Practical problems as well as quantitative subject matter are emphasized. The successful participant will be able to lead six sigma projects within the customer facility. In-Facility projects can also be incorporated to enhance learning and provide immediate quality impact.

Root Cause Analysis

In this program, participants develop the skills necessary to identify root cause of product or process failures within their organization. Various tools and techniques, as well as theory and problem-specific application are included in this program. Both short-term containment and long-term resolution of issues is covered in this program.

Lean Manufacturing- Advanced Program

This program provides refresher training for lean manufacturing as well as coverage of advanced topics. Theory and practical examples as well as specific exercises are incorporated into the program.

Lean Manufacturing - Workshop

This program provides hands-on facilitation and a complete Kaizen (continuous improvement exercise) event within the customer facility to teach practical aspects of Lean leadership.

Lean Manufacturing Overview for Sales Professionals

This program provides content geared toward sales professionals who deal with customers that are in various stages of lean implementation. As a result of this program, sales professionals will be able to do more than just "talk the talk" but will be able to apply lean principles to assist their customers and accurately use lean terminology to better communicate with their customers.

Quality System - Internal Auditor Training

This course teaches internal auditors the correct methods and reviews facility policies for IS09001-2008 compliance. Special emphasis is placed on Quality Systems auditing for process-based environments, as required by the standard.

5-S Visual Management

This course details the theory, practice, implications, and benefits of a 5S System. Practical methods and case examples are provided. Additionally, in-facility exercises can be incorporated into this program.

Advanced Problem-Solving

This program provides instruction in basic and complex problems solving tools for use on the shop-floor or in the boardroom. The Five Whys, Flow Charts, SWOT Analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, fault tree analysis, and other advanced techniques are demonstrated. Additionally, in-class exercises and examples are used for clear illustration.

Statistical Analysis for Manufacturers

This program provides a basic understanding of statistics sufficient for manufacturers who are interested in statistical process control (SPC) or six sigma techniques. The program is vital for participants who lack a background itt statistics but are interested in pursuing six sigma training.

Statistical Process Control

This program covers the ftmdamental aspects of statistical process control (SPC). This training is designed to help organizations apply statistical techniques to existing processes in order to identify barriers, and implement continuous improvement techniques to increase overall efficiency Plant-specific processes can be incorporated into the training for maxinuun clarity to the participants.

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Training

This program provides an in-depth review of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Both Process and Design FMEA teclmiqt1es can be itlcorporated into this program. As a result, participants should be prepared to lead an FMEA exercise ittcluding identification of faillll'e modes, quantification of severity, detectability, and likelihood of failures, and development of strategies to remedy these risks ill the appropriate design or process. Organization-specific exetcises can be incorporated into the ptogram.

Process Mapping and Refinement

This ptogram teaches participants to analyze various business and manufacturing processes and create process maps that provide detail of various inputs, outputs, constraints, and requirements. Participants also learn to optimize ptocesses and elinlinate bottlenecks in process flow.
